Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch – Online Orders):
One-off (non-subscription) orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Returns & Refunds (After Delivery – Online Purchases):
Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a refund.
Contact made after 14 days is not eligible for a refund but may be eligible for an exchange.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Returns Method:
In-store purchases must be returned to the original store.
Online purchases must be returned to our warehouse after contacting customer service.
SECTION 6 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where misuse or fraud is suspected.

SECTION 12 – SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
Minimum Commitment:
All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two consecutive deliveries.
Cooling-Off Period:
You may cancel a new subscription within 14 days of purchase, provided no products have been dispatched.
Once a subscription has been dispatched, it becomes subject to the minimum commitment and cancellation terms.
Early Cancellation:
If cancelled before the minimum commitment is completed, we reserve the right to charge the difference between the discounted subscription price and the standard one-off retail price for products already delivered.
Switching Subscription Types:
Switching between subscription products resets the minimum two-delivery commitment.
SECTION 13 – DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Where delivery instructions are provided directly to the courier (such as leaving a parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour), responsibility may transfer once delivery is confirmed.
SECTION 14 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
SECTION 15 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
