ONE-OFF (NON-SUBSCRIPTION) ORDERS
If you place a one-off (non-subscription) order, you may request to cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If the order has already been dispatched or delivered, returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASES
Subscription purchases are governed by our Subscription Terms.
Subscription Cooling-Off Period
You may cancel a new subscription within 14 days of purchase, provided no products have been dispatched.
Subscription Minimum Commitment
All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two consecutive deliveries.
Early Subscription Cancellation
If cancelled before the minimum commitment, we reserve the right to charge the difference between the discounted subscription price and the standard one-off retail price for products already delivered.
Switching Subscription Types
Switching subscription products resets the minimum two-delivery commitment.
