SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence.

You may not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose or violate any applicable laws.


SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service where reasonably necessary, including suspected misuse or abuse.

Payment information is processed securely using encrypted technology.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission.


SECTION 3 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on this website is accurate and up to date. Content is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decision-making.


SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE & PRICES

Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services where necessary. This does not affect confirmed orders already accepted.


SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

We sell physical consumer products, including perfume.

Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch – Online Orders):
One-off (non-subscription) orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.

Returns & Refunds (After Delivery – Online Purchases):
Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a refund.
Contact made after 14 days is not eligible for a refund but may be eligible for an exchange.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Returns Method:
In-store purchases must be returned to the original store.
Online purchases must be returned to our warehouse after contacting customer service.


SECTION 6 – BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and account information and keep it up to date.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where misuse or fraud is suspected.


SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS
We may provide access to third-party tools or websites which are subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content or services.


SECTION 8 – USER SUBMISSIONS
Any feedback or submissions you provide may be used by us for business purposes, provided they do not infringe third-party rights or laws.

SECTION 12 – SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

Minimum Commitment:
All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of two consecutive deliveries.

Cooling-Off Period:
You may cancel a new subscription within 14 days of purchase, provided no products have been dispatched.
Once a subscription has been dispatched, it becomes subject to the minimum commitment and cancellation terms.

Early Cancellation:
If cancelled before the minimum commitment is completed, we reserve the right to charge the difference between the discounted subscription price and the standard one-off retail price for products already delivered.

Switching Subscription Types:
Switching between subscription products resets the minimum two-delivery commitment.


SECTION 13 – DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Where delivery instructions are provided directly to the courier (such as leaving a parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour), responsibility may transfer once delivery is confirmed.


SECTION 14 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

SECTION 17 – DISCOVERY SET REDEMPTION 

These terms apply to the purchase of our Discovery Set and the associated promotional voucher.

1. The Offer

Each Discovery Set includes a unique promotional voucher equal to the purchase price of the Discovery Set.

The voucher may be redeemed against the purchase of one eligible 100ml fragrance purchased directly from our website.
The voucher has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and is non-transferable.

2. Eligible Products

The voucher may only be redeemed against eligible 100ml fragrances.

The voucher cannot be used towards Discovery Sets, sample products, gift cards, delivery charges or any other products unless expressly stated.

Only one Discovery Set voucher may be redeemed per qualifying fragrance purchase.

3. Voucher Validity

Each voucher may be redeemed once only.
The voucher expires 30 days from the date of purchase of the Discovery Set unless otherwise stated.

Expired vouchers cannot be reinstated.

4. Discovery Set Returns

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.

If you exercise your legal right to cancel your Discovery Set purchase before the voucher has been redeemed, the voucher will be cancelled and become invalid.

If the voucher has already been redeemed, the promotional benefit has been used. Where a refund of the Discovery Set is requested, we reserve the right to reduce any refund by the full value of the redeemed voucher. If the redeemed voucher equals the full purchase price of the Discovery Set, no refund will be due.

5. Returns of the Qualifying Fragrance

Where a qualifying fragrance purchased using a Discovery Set voucher is returned for a refund, only the amount actually paid by you will be refunded.

The value of any promotional voucher used will not be refunded in cash, credit or any other form.
Returned qualifying fragrances do not generate a replacement voucher unless required by law.

6. Faulty or Misdescribed Products

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights if any product is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not conform to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. Misuse of the Promotion

This promotion is intended for genuine retail customers purchasing products for personal use.
We reserve the right to cancel voucher codes, refuse redemption, cancel orders or withhold promotional benefits where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, misuse of the promotion, manipulation of the redemption process, creation of multiple customer accounts to obtain additional promotional benefits, resale activity, or any other conduct intended to circumvent these terms.

We may request reasonable information to verify eligibility before honouring a voucher where misuse is suspected.

8. Linked Orders

Each voucher is linked to the Discovery Set from which it was issued and cannot be transferred to another Discovery Set purchase or customer account.

9. Changes to the Promotion

We may amend or withdraw this promotion for future purchases at any time.

Any amendment or withdrawal will not affect vouchers that have already been validly issued unless required to prevent fraud, comply with applicable law or correct a genuine administrative error.
