SECTION 3 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE & PRICES
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services where necessary. This does not affect confirmed orders already accepted.
SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS, RETURNS & REFUNDS
We sell physical consumer products, including perfume.
Order Cancellation – Online Orders
One-off (non-subscription) online orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Returns & Refunds – Online Purchases
Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a refund for a change-of-mind return, subject to applicable statutory rights. Contact made after 14 days is not eligible for a change-of-mind refund but may be eligible for a remedy where required by law.
Returned items should be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, where applicable. This does not affect your statutory rights where a product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to applicable consumer law.
Online purchases must be returned to our warehouse after contacting customer service and receiving return instructions.
Returns & Refunds – In-Store Purchases
Customers wishing to return an in-store purchase must contact or visit the original Mood London store within 14 days of purchase to request a refund for a change-of-mind return, subject to applicable statutory rights.
In-store purchases must be returned to the original Mood London store where the purchase was made.
Evidence of Fault, Damage or Return Condition
For any return relating to an alleged fault, damage, incorrect item or request for a refund, we may require reasonable evidence to assess the claim before authorising a return or refund. This may include clear photographs or video of the product, its condition, packaging and any relevant labels, batch codes or other identifying information.
Where a product is reported as damaged or faulty, customers should retain and provide evidence of the original product packaging and all packaging materials supplied with the purchase, where available. We may require the original packaging to be returned with the product where reasonably necessary to assess the claim.
All evidence provided must be genuine, accurate and relate to the product and purchase in question. We reserve the right to investigate claims and may refuse a refund, replacement or other remedy where we reasonably believe that evidence has been altered, manipulated, generated or otherwise misrepresented, or where there is evidence of fraud or misuse.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer law.
Returns Method:
In-store purchases must be returned to the original store.
Online purchases must be returned to our warehouse after contacting customer service.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and account information and keep it up to date.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where misuse or fraud is suspected.
SECTION 7 – KLARNA PAYMENTS
Klarna is available as a payment option on selected purchases through Shopify Payments.
If you choose Klarna at checkout, your payment will be subject to Klarna’s applicable customer terms and conditions. Klarna may offer different payment options depending on your order value, location and eligibility.
Klarna is responsible for assessing your eligibility for its payment services and for managing your payment agreement with you. Mood London does not determine whether Klarna will approve your payment or which Klarna payment options may be offered.
Your purchase contract for the products remains with Moodlifestyle Ltd (trading as MOOD London). Our terms relating to products, delivery, cancellations, returns, refunds and your statutory consumer rights continue to apply regardless of the payment method you select.
If you have a question or issue relating to your order, including delivery, cancellation, return, refund, faulty or damaged products, please contact Mood London at info@moodlondon.co.uk.
For questions relating specifically to your Klarna payment, including payment schedules, payment status, account access, eligibility, or payment reminders, you should contact Klarna directly through its customer service channels.
If an order paid for using Klarna is cancelled or refunded, Mood London will process the applicable refund in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy. The refund will be communicated to Klarna, which will then update the customer's payment arrangement as applicable.
Klarna's own terms and conditions and privacy policy also apply to customers using Klarna. Customers should review these terms before selecting Klarna at checkout.
