We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
This Shipping Policy applies to all online orders placed through the Mood London website.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday to Friday) will begin processing the same business day, subject to stock availability.
Orders placed after 2:00pm, or on weekends or Bank Holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
During promotional events, seasonal periods or other exceptionally busy periods, processing may take longer. If this happens, we will endeavour to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched, not when your order is placed.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Whilst we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather conditions, public holidays and peak trading periods.
PERFUME SHIPPING
Our fragrances contain alcohol and are classified as restricted goods for transport.
All fragrance orders are shipped in accordance with applicable UK courier regulations.
TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.
DELIVERY ISSUES

If your order is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact:

Courier investigations may take up to 30 days to complete.
SAFE PLACE & NEIGHBOUR DELIVERIES

If you provide delivery instructions directly to the courier, responsibility may transfer once delivery is confirmed.
INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses
DPD Pickup Orders
Orders selected for collection at a DPD Pickup location must be collected within the timeframe specified by DPD. Orders that are not collected within this period will be returned to Mood London.
If a returned order requires re-dispatch, additional delivery charges may apply.
International Delivery 
We currently do not offer international shipping.
If we expand our delivery destinations in the future, this page will be updated accordingly.
UK Non-Mainland Delivery
We currently do not deliver to the following locations:
  • Scottish Highlands
  • Republic of Ireland
  • Channel Islands
  • Isle of Man
