They are top aggressive and don't know how much money we have and even if you say no they don't want to hear anything
They need to learn to listen to their customers as I have 5 kids and i have to be careful with my spending but they only care about their commissions I guess and needs to understand they are dealing with human not commission

The simple but classy silver and black case makes it easier to carry the 10ml bottles around in one's bag without accidentally releasing some sprays. I love it!
But because I do have some sensitivity to certain sounds (e.g metal on metal sounds), I find that screwing the cap of this beautiful case grates on my nerves. That's the only issue I have with it. I wish the screw bitvwas coated with something to give it a softer feeling while screwing it open or shut.

As I approached the Mood stand in Manchester Arndale a young girl yelled at me hey dude with the fur coat you look like a booji guy. I asked this girl what she had just called me. She mumbled something then went into a high speed sales laced with urban slang . I actually liked some of the fragrance they were a cheap everyday fragrance so just to shut this kid up got the spay set. Even at this point a male member of staff was commenting on my watch apparently he was jealous.
Later whilst having lunch I was laughing with friends about this hopeless girls sales pitch . Even joking at one point I had said she was very good at her job in the hope it would shut her up. It was pointed out to me that Booji is actually an offensive slang term

A great item, but I can't help but think there should be one of these per spray bottle. We bought 3 sprays, and they don't have individual lids. The sales person that served us was truly fantastic at her job, as I don't usually engage with sellers at these kiosks. Whatever sales training you give, she exemplified it. The scents are lovely, but we haven't really used them yet as they are for 'special' occasions. Thanks for the opportunity to give you feedback!

We bought the aftershave/perfume and the oils for a Neom unit I had . Firstly I cannot say how great the products are. As the salesman said that we would only need 2/3 drops in my unit (usually need 8/10 drops of other makes ) our lounge after a few minutes was filled with a beautiful fragrance unlike anything purchased before throw away plug ins expensive sprays and go to Moods of London and try for yourself. We spent 20 mins at the counter and the salesman was so informative and nothing to much trouble, smelt perfume / after shaves / candles / oils all amazing and smells to suit all. Note my husband usually sprays an expensive after shave 4/5/6 sprays you only need 2 sprays and it lasts all day as fresh as when first put on . I will be purchasing more of the products as they are amazing. Thanks to the staff at Milton Keynes for your help Linda and Jeff
